At Aspen Leather Goods, we genuinely hope you love the items you receive. However, if something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple and stress-free as possible.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused and non-personalized items within 30 days of the shipping date.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Please fill out the form on our Contact page and include your order number and email address.
Let us know whether you'd prefer a return or an exchange.
Securely package your item and follow the instructions provided in our reply.
Once your return arrives, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or begin processing your exchange.
Please keep in mind:
Items must be in unused, original condition.
Customized products (e.g., monogrammed items) and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, feel free to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the United States.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All orders are shipped from our Colorado workshop within 1–2 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $20 or more.
You may choose your preferred shipping carrier at checkout.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
We currently offer flat-rate USPS international shipping to Canada and EU countries, with more destinations coming soon.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Note: Customs duties, VAT, and any local import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
